Liberation Therapy
Our ancestors knew that there is more than one way to cure dis-ease. Most of
the “new” healing methods that are popular today were left for us by
our ancestors. Some of the healing methods they left for us are:
| Food Therapy |
Metal Therapy |
| Sound Therapy |
Crystal Therapy |
| Water Therapy |
Herb Therapy |
| Aroma Therapy |
Touch Therapy |
| Color Therapy |
Gem Therapy |
We need to be aware that almost all of these therapies are now being exploited
and used as weapons against us to drive us crazy and to manipulate our
behavior.
Of course, when we study these ancient healing arts we are not told that they
are Afrikan healing arts that were left for us by our ancestors. Most of the
time we are told that they are “New Age” healing tools. When we are told
they are not new, we are told they came from everywhere in the world except
Afrika.
When we wear our melanin caps as we do our studying and our research we are
able to overstand what our ancestors overstood even if those who are
“teaching” us do not quite get it. The key to the overstanding is in the
DNA and melanin that we share with our ancestors.
When we are studying Afrikan healing arts and something does not make Afrikan
sense, we can be sure we are not getting the message our ancestors left. The
most likely cause for that is that someone who cannot get it is trying to
pretend they do and is passing on their confusion to us.
One of the first lessons we learn is that healing - like life - is simple. We
make it complex.
Early in the-story, each member of society was expected to know how to
maintain his or her temple. To consult a doctor after 30 years of age meant
that a person could not balance his or her life - spiritually, mentally,
emotionally, and physically - and was a fool.
Today, we are programmed to act as if our bodies are too complex for us to
overstand. We are taught to accept someone else’s ideas about what is
happening in our bodies.
Our ancestors could not have thought of and built the great monuments they did
if they were in less than the best of health. Once we re-gain the highest
possible level of health we will be able to build monuments that equal theirs.
We will be able to resume our proud and mightly walk through time.
We cannot expect to achieve a state of balance, however, until we realize that
we are responsible for all areas of our lives. Whoever we give control
of our lives to will make sure that we are always dependent on them. They will
use that control to see to it that we never achieve anything that will be of
benefit to ourselves, our families, our communities, our nation, our race.
One of the things we must remember, though, in studying the records that our
ancestors left is that somewhere along the line they did slip - at least once.
We must also be aware that the slips - and looking back we can see that there
were many - could have come a long time before our ancestors ultimately fell.
It is our job to correct the errors and make sure we do not slip or fall
again. We have all the tools we need. All that is left for us to do is apply
our will and get the job done.
