RE: Performing for Fundraiser

Dear Sir or Madam:

We are having our first Annual Bless the Youths Fundraiser on April 2, 2005 at the Affairs Banquet Hall, 20 Milvan Drive, Downsview, Ontario, Unit 4.  And we are presently seeking artists that are willing to perform complimentary for a worthy cause. Bless the Youths is an organization that is devoted to the empowerment and success of young men and women especially in the Black Community, by providing funds for training in areas such as Music (instruments), Trades such as Computers, Welding, Carpentry, Math and English Tutoring, also Clothing and Food Support for low income families and Single parents.

Our goal for Bless the Youths this year 2005 is $25,000, will you help us? 

We will also be launching our Quarterly Magazine at this event and we will be featuring all performers with a Bio and free Ad for CD release.  Advertising for this concert will begin four months in advance, by Radio, Newspaper, Flyers and Posters.  We will also be sending out press kits to Rogers Community Television and City TV for coverage.

We hope to have a successful night and reach some measure of our goal for Bless the Youths. We are also located in Kampala Uganda, Africa, where we sponsor Children, whose parents have died of AIDS and other illnesses. We hope that you will join us on making this night a success.  Looking forward to hearing from you soon.  And we thank you in advance.
