SOFT DRINKS - HARDCORE TOXICITY

(Soft Drinks: We Drink this Stuff and Give it to our Children)

Author Unknown

For your info: The Average pH of soft drinks, e.g. Coke, Pepsi is pH 3.4.

This acid is strong enough to dissolve teeth and bones!

Our human body stops building bones at round the age of 30. After that it'll be dissolving about 8-18% of our bones each year through the urine depending on the acidity of the food intake (acidity does not depend on the taste of the food, but on the ratio of potassium/calcium  /magnesium, etc. to phosphorus). All the dissolved calcium compounds accumulate in the arteries, veins, skin tissue, and organs. This affects the function of the kidney (kidney stones). Soft drinks do not have any nutritional value (in terms of vitamins and minerals). They have higher sugar content, higher acidity, and more additives such as preservatives and colorings.

Some people like to take cold soft drinks after each meal.  Guess what's the impact? Our body has an optimum temperature of 98.6 degrees F for the functioning of digestive enzymes. The temperature of cold soft drinks is much less than optimum, sometimes quite close to freezing. This will lower the effectiveness of the enzymes and put stress on the digestive system, digesting less food. In fact, the food gets fermented. The fermented food produces bad smelling gases, decays and forms toxins that are absorbed in the intestines, gets circulated in the blood and is delivered to the whole body. This spread of toxins can lead to the development of various diseases.

Think before you drink Coke or Pepsi or other soft drinks. Have you ever though what you drink when you drink an aerated drink? You gulp down carbon dioxide, something that nobody in the world would advise you to do.

Recently, there was a competition in Delhi University "Who can drink the most coke?". The winner drank 8 bottles and died on the spot because too much carbon dioxide in the blood and not enough oxygen. From then on, the dean banned all soft drinks from the university canteen.

Someone put a broken tooth in a bottle of Pepsi and in 10 days it dissolved! Teeth and bones are the only human structures that stay intact for years after death. Imagine what the drink must be doing to your soft intestines and stomach lining! Try putting a common metal nail in a container of Coke and see how long it takes to dissolve.

People in the US consume more soft drinks than water!

Blackherbals Note: Coke and Pepsi are sometimes used as a household remedy for cleaning the gunk (carbon deposits) off dead car batteries which is required for recharging those batteries.  Think about what it does to you!

African Herbal Remedy!

This formula was given to me by an herbalist several years ago. This formula is for readers who have had advanced training as herbalists. This is a serious colon cleanse that should not be done more than once or twice a year. And...plan to stay near the toilet! A word to the beginner "herbalist"...use only small amounts of the senna and, especially the Epsom salts. There are no measurements here - I printed the formula as it as given to me! This information is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for care by a health practitioner.

Senna Leaf (fresh)

Ginger Root (fresh)

Orange peel (dried)

Epson Salts (for a cramp-free endeavor)

Editors note: You would brew the ginger root and orange peel together for a short time in pure water (in a Covered pot).  Add the senna leaf, turn off the heat and let mixture steep for a least 5 minutes. Strain herbs, and add Epsom salts according to package directions as indicated for laxative use. This formula has specific action on the colon and the circulatory system.

Season of Growth

African Holistic Thought

Consider this: Being holistic-minded means "relating all parts to the whole." A holistic individual sees all of creation on many levels, not just the physical realm......

Undoubtedly, our ancestor were holistically enlightened, as they brought forth true science, mathematics, and functional healing arts.......

Knowing this, we must return to our circumspective awareness, our sacred connection to the Divine, and restore true health of the mind, body, and spirit......

How? We must understand the impact our current life-style has on us!  We must examine the ways that we eat, think, dress, talk, and behave and ask ourselves.....

ARE WE INVITING LIFE, POSITIVITY, AND PEACE INTO OUR TEMPLES? ARE WE THINKING AND LIVING HOLISTICALLY?.......

Modern Medicine's Plagiarism

Dr. Llaila Afrika

Modern medicine is making an effort to incorporate alternative remedies (i.e. herbs, vitamins, etc.) into its treatment modalities.  The use of  "alternative" holistic measures by modern medical practitioners somehow makes herbal remedies acceptable to the masses, some of whom are glad that they may now be covered by "health" insurance and Medicare/Medicaid.  Cash reimbursements may also be allowed.

Although this appears to be a positive step in the right direction on the part of modern medicine, don't be misled.  The addition of herbs and vitamins to the repertoire of surgical mutilation, dangerous drugs, toxic radiation and chemotherapy provides greater benefits for modern medicine than it does for both the patients and "alternative" medicine combined.

Modern medicine is a term from European/Western medicine which has to be examined for what it is: the distorted and perverted use of African/holistic medical technology.  European/Western/"Modern" medicine is an amalgamation of superstitions, myths, and theories such as "germs cause diseases."  Commingled in the cesspool are African non-invasive surgery, chiropractic adjustments, gynecology, physical examination methods, such as listening to the heart, liver, kidney, lungs, pulse.  Despite the fact that there are over 32 different pulses, Western practitioners take only one pulse on the wrist.

The oldest documented usage of medical technology

is in the African books of 1550 B.C.E and 1700 B.C.E

(before the common era).

The early Europeans stole and mistranslated these books.  Thus, the perversion of African holistic modalities spawned the birth of modern medicine.

Modern 19th century medical practitioners typically "treated patients with turpentine, arsenic, borax, sulfur, nitric acid, alcohol, lye, iodine, blood-letting and menstrual blood.  Few herbs were used for treating diseases and injuries.

Most early European-American doctors used textbooks written for "savage, animal-like beasts" such as Biology of the Negro by Lewis.  Among the many documents on the medical practices that were forced on African captives are the records of the New Orleans Medical News and Hospital Gazette (1860); James A. Tait Papers (Alabama State Dept. of Archives and History); Capell Plantation Diary (1857); Advice Among Masters, and Records of Dirleton (1853) by James R. Sparkman, etc.

The intent of Western/Modern medicine is to dominate holistic medicine.  The success/happiness/income/good life of the modern medicine practitioner depends upon dominating (oppressing, suppressing, victimizing, inferiorizing) others--particularly Africans--through medicine.

Western medicine intends to expand its economic base (market) by using conscious people who are inclined toward natural health. This includes health-minded Black people.  Modern medicine can now mandate the use of drugs combined with herbs because it is now socially approved by those who favor herbs.

All drugs work against melanin and destroy, modify, or alter (mutate), the spirit, the body, and the mind and, therefore, the behavior of members of our community.

Modern medicine is losing money, because too many patients are switching to herbal remedies.  In order to increase their market share, they are increasing their use of alternative/holistic African medicine combined with synthetic toxic chemicals (drugs).

Combining poisonous drugs with herbs is impossible,

as each are mutually exclusive.  Drugs poison and destroy

the body, while herbs nourish and build the body.

African/holistic medicine is melanin based on melanin dominant Africans.  European/Modern medicine is based around those with a different body chemistry.

African holistic health emanates the principles of Maat: harmonious living. African science is like the ancient Africans from which it originated: galactic, solar, lunar, and earth...rhythmical and cyclic.

Unfortunately, there are those who give away still more valuable African/holistic techniques to Western "science", perhaps to gain social acceptance or "equality" among "scientific" predators.

Meanwhile, a war is being waged against African people via food and drug advertisements featuring popular entertainers and athletes; toxic images; music and media; medicine; politics; and water, air, and herbs - all in the name of European domination and supremacy.

Thus, there is much to liberate and reclaim in order for Black people to enjoy complete well-being.  The first step to such a resurrection of African health is understanding and embracing the holistic knowledge of our ancestors.

It is never too late, there is only now.
